Winley Ford Solicitors Secure Acquittal in 15 Count Domestic Case

Winley Ford Solicitors and Cheryl Mottram of 7 Harrington Street Chambers were recently instructed to represent a defendant charged with 15 counts including allegations of serious sexual assault, controlling and coercive behaviour, threats to kill and assaults.

The allegations were made by his former partner and the allegations of controlling and coercive behaviour dated back to 2016.

After a 9 day trial at Manchester Crown Court the defendant was acquitted of all charges.
